Hello Everyone,
Did you know that over 90% of the destruction of the Amazon rainforest is due to animal agriculture, yet Rainforest Action Network's home page fails to mention this problem. Why? The documentary "Cowspiracy" takes the environmental groups to task for not including animal agriculture in the discussion about global degradation. We will be showing this film twice this month, Tuesday September 23 at 7 PM and Saturday, September 27 at 4:30 PM, both showings in Addlestone 227. After the Saturday show, we will be having dinner at Black Bean Company on King Street. Please check out the trailer at the link below and encourage your students and friends to come see this important film.
